Completed in February 2022. A 15,000 square foot building with the 1st & 2nd floor occupied by the credit union and the 3rd floor leased as shared work spaces.

Completed in September 2020. A 10,000 square foot building with the first floor occupied by the credit union and the 2nd floor leased as shared work spaces.

This great adaptive reuse project combines a classic brick building with warm native materials in contrast with exposed systems and industrial aesthetics. The 18,000 sf commercial space is home to the Denver Federal Fire Credit Union, Denver Fire Fighters Local 858, and affiliated offices.  A design build project with Punch Architecture.
